Pre or post event massage

A pre event massage is ideally undertaken a couple of hours prior to an event, but can still be of use up to 48hrs beforehand.

Its aim is to ensure the circulation is optimum to the area, warm the muscles, give the area a good range of movement, and improve blood flow.

Post event massage can aid recovery by addressing muscle soreness and tension, alleviate delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and help your body recover from fatigue.
